gnome-icon-theme-suede software package provides Suede icon theme for GTK+ 2.x, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-suede
gnome-icon-theme-suede is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-icon-theme-suede package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-icon-theme-suede *
You will get with gnome-icon-theme-suede package name, version, architecture and description in a table
